Twelve teenagers from Fénelon school (La Rochelle, France) set out on a memorable journey to Northern Norway. Traveling by train and bus to minimize their carbon footprint, they head to Ånderdalen National Park, 300 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle.
There, they spend a week immersed in hands-on conservation work, restoring peatbogs and hiking trails, and mapping biodiversity in a fragile and spectacular landscape.
Combining action, reflection on how humans can coexist with nature, and moments of quiet contemplation in a remote Arctic setting, the project emerges as a compelling example of regenerative travel, ultimately becoming a once-in-a-lifetime adventure for everyone involved.
