Identifying animal tracks in the snow is very helpful to monitor wildlife. But it’s not always easy to know what you’re looking at. That’s where the FOOTPRINTs project comes in! Led by the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), this initiative uses image recognition to make track identification easy and accessible for everyone. Rissa Citizen Science is a partner in this exciting project, and now it's time to share what we’ve learned from the past winter season
