Our mission, should we choose to accept it:

Move the two hotels together, to make one large colony (instead of two small),
Move the hotels away from the edge of the kay to prevent chicks from falling directly into the sea.

We are meeting at 21:00, and must be efficient and fast, surgical, to limit the disturbance on kittiwakes.
