Om arrangementet
Together, we will survey the kittiwakes' nests in tromsø city center, keep a watch on illegal nest destructions and reflect on what it means to coexist with nature in an urban environment.
We will use a mobile app to record the number of kittiwakes and the kittiwakes's breeding status on buildings and kittiwake hotels. Kittiwake hotels are artistic structures designed to lure kittiwakes away from buildings to reduce perceived nuisance and facilitate coexistence.
